The caregivers at our property are incredible. Their furniture shows off the property perfectly and it has NEVER been so clean. It is a pleasure to show and it shows to its very best advantage,now. Before every flaw was very apparent. Now, the crucial first impression is overwhelmingly positive and when the flaws do get noticed, they are minimized by the beautiful staging. And it is so easy to make appointments, they are always able to accommodate!

I just spoke with the Seller, John Salter, and the closing is on the 28th. I reminded him about the Landlord Standby. Inspections are this Thursday. He will send an e-mail as soon as he is at his computer.
