IN CASE OF (Albuquerque Vendors) EMERGENCY:
Emergency repairs are necessary only when the lives of the Subcontractor are in danger or a situation will cause further damage to the property if not contained immediately.
If the problem can be resolved in 24 hours without loss of life or increasing damage to the
property, please wait and call Homes In Transition; It could save you from paying for the service cost.
In an emergency you should first do whatever is necessary to mitigate or control and confine the damage. If this includes calling a service company such as a plumber or the fire department, please do so.
Second, call Homes In Transition at the regular office phone number and report the exact nature of the problem.
